Founded in 2007, Goodwood United FC was established with the goal of creating a football club that would serve as a pillar of the local community. While the club officially began competing in the Cape Town Tygerberg Football Association in 2012, its foundations were built on passion for the game, a commitment to player development and a desire to unite people through football.

Over the years, Goodwood United FC has grown into more than just a football team — it has become a family, fostering talent, instilling values and promoting a love for the game across all age groups.
